A Strong Gathering at ÜÇGE: Value-Creating Ideas on One Platform
As part of Innovation Week, ÜÇGE Group Companies brought together experienced speakers with its employees through the panel titled “Industrial Innovation: New Ways of Creating Value”, held at the Bursa Işıktepe OSB factory. During the event, many strategic topics were addressed, ranging from production and digital transformation to sustainability and human resources.
Combining its half-century of manufacturing strength with an innovative vision, ÜÇGE once again demonstrated through this special organization that it sees innovation not merely as a concept, but as a fundamental element of corporate culture and sustainable growth.
In the opening speech of the panel, ÜÇGE Management Systems Director Halit Yılmaz emphasized the strategic importance of innovation in today’s competitive environment and delivered the following message: “Today, the success of organizations is shaped by how quickly they interpret change and how boldly they take action. Innovation is one of the most important forces that improves processes, increases efficiency, and builds the future.”
